Multi-day walks in Switzerland on the magnificent trails create a very special and unique opportunity to build your relationship with yourself, your fellow walkers and with the beautiful Nature on offer.

Join me for a five-day immersive experience on the Jura Crest Trail. The Trail traverses the entire Swiss Jura in a sweeping arc that passes through two language regions. The long trail has extensive views and imparts discovery of a landscape rich in forests and farmland. This Big Walk offers respite from everyday hustle and bustle and mass tourism. We will join the middle part of the trail for five beautiful, quiet days.

Though this walk can be therapeutic, it is physically demanding and far from luxury. You’ll be staying in quaint, local establishments, sharing rooms with other walkers. Fear not, there are showers and wholesome breakfasts to fuel the day.

Spending time in Nature is one of the most powerful tools for cultivating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. On The Big Walk, you’ll have time to slow right down, the rhythm of the walking gives you time to connect with yourself and to build your own relationship with the forest and landscape.

The fee to join The Big Walk In August is CHF1,600. Discounts are offered for groups. The price covers your participation plus 5 nights bed and breakfast in shared room accommodation in hotels/mountain lodges along the way. Other meals and drinks and all your travel to and from the walk start/finish are additional for you to cover.

All accommodation is booked in advance and we have the entire day to get there - so there'll be no rush. Time goes out the window on each Big Walk. Each day, I'll offer some short 'Nature Boost' sessions based on Japanese Forest Bathing techniques. These support you to deepen that connection with the Nature around you.
